TERMS OF ENROLLMENT:

2.1 Enrollment Confirmation: By signing this Agreement, the Participant confirms their enrollment in the above-stated course offered by the Course Provider.

2.2 Course Fees: The Participant agrees to pay the total course fee of _____ as specified by the Course Provider, in full before the commencement of the course, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. The Participant understands that the deposit of $200 can not be transfered or refunded if the participant can no longer attend the course. 

2.3 Payment Method: The Participant shall make payments via Square invoicing system, or otherwise agreed upon payment plan method as designated by the Course Provider. 

If the participant can not make the payment plan instalments, the participant understands that the total amount owing will then be sent to a debt collection agency that can alter the participants credit rating as designated by the Course Provider.

COURSE PARTICIPATION:

3.1 Attendance: The Participant acknowledges that regular attendance is crucial for the successful completion of the course. Any absence from the course may affect the Participant's ability to obtain certification or course completion.

3.2 Code of Conduct: The Participant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Course Provider during the course. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any unethical conduct may lead to immediate termination from the course without refund.

3.3 Intellectual Property: The Participant understands and agrees that all course materials, including but not limited to course content, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Course Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

COURSE COMPLETION:

4.1 Certificate of Completion: The Course Provider shall issue a certificate of completion to the Participant upon successfully meeting the course requirements and fulfilling attendance criteria.

4.2 Course Modifications: The Course Provider reserves the right to modify the course schedule and content. 

In such cases, the Participant will be duly informed of any changes.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

5.1 Participant Cancellation: In the event the Participant decides to withdraw from the course before its commencement, a refund of the amount of the course fee minus the $200 deposit, will be provided. However, the participant must give 7 days notice of cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior or after the course begins.

5.2 Course Provider Cancellation: The Course Provider reserves the right to cancel the course in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the Participant will receive a full refund of the course fee.
